The Kiwanis Club of Florence is sponsoring the Annual Florence Community Thanksgiving Dinner on Thursday, November 23 from noon to 2 p.m. This free event is hosted by the Florence Elks Lodge BPOE #1858 at 1686 12th Street. Cash donations are happily accepted (however, not required) along with dry/canned food donations for the local Food Shares. For free transportation within city limits, contact River Cities Taxi at 541-997-8520. A special thank you to all the volunteers who make this event happen!
