Parents: need your help to get your students signed up for After School Programs at Siuslaw Middle School:
Amatuer Radio Club: Tuesdays 3:15 - 5:15pm
Archery Club: Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:15 - 5:15pm
Art Club: Mondays and Wednesdays (they can do one or both days)
Science Club: TBD on after school days
Have your students get forms from their teachers to get them filled out and parents to sign.
Get the forms turned into the Front Office by Monday, February 24th for the best change at getting into the club they prefer. Teachers will continue to accept applications until programs are full.
