If your Middle or High School student has never been enrolled in the Siuslaw School District:
NEW Elementary students will need to complete paper registration at 2221 Oak St.
The program is open from Tuesday, June 18 to Thursday, July 25 , Monday through Thursday.
Summer School runs from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15pm.
Breakfast will be provided in the morning between 8-8:25am in the elementary school breezeway.
Lunch will be provided until 12:20pm in the elementary school breezeway.
Students should be picked up by 12:30 p.m.
The program will be closed on July 4 and 5 for the Siuslaw School District holiday closure.
The program is open to students who are already registered for school during the 2023-2024 school year. (Kindergarteners moving up to first next year up to fifth graders moving up to sixth grade next year.)
Fifth graders who are moving up to sixth grade next year should indicate on their application if they will attend elementary or middle school summer school, they have a choice.

The program is open from Tuesday, June 18 to Thursday, July 25, Monday through Thursday at the Siuslaw Middle School.

The Siuslaw Middle School Summer Institute is open to students entering sixth grade through current eighth-grade students. The focus will be STEAM, and students will be engaging in a mix of science, technology, engineering, art, math, and reading. The Siuslaw Middle School Summer Institute Registration Form is available at the middle school office or by clicking the link. The form is due by Friday, June 7.
High school students attending summer school is by invitation only for credit recovery work. If you have questions regarding if summer school should be a consideration for you or your child, contact School Counselor Laura Osbon at 541-997-3448, extension 7487 or via email at losbon@siuslaw.k12.or.us.
