As changes keep and updates keep rolling out from state & federal agencies, the webpage where items are posted has been updated also. The word 'reopening' has been removed.

The word 'reopening' has been on the page used since July to compile changes from ODE, OHA, CDC and other agencies regarding pandemic operations...the page and the URL has been edited to include 'operation' instead.
