August 23, 2023 - Good Afternoon!

Many parents & guardians have completed new year registration online, while others are in the process of on-site registration this week.  Trying to make sure that everyone is getting all the information as new enrollment & registrations are being processed, here are a few, quick bullet points from the Parent Resource Page of the district website.

ParentSquare will be the new, app-based communications platform for the upcoming school year!

Student School Year Calendars & Building Hours - the general link to the district master calendar for the 2023-2024 school year

Lane County Public Works - Bus Stop Notices Roadside Vegetation Program No Spray Area Application Form - For bus stops along county roads, parents can register the area with the county to ensure that no herbicides are used near that area.

School district website provider (Apptegy) - Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Notice - a required notice about Apptegy's services and privacy policies

Survey Extension - The Parent & Guardian Community Engagement Survey open last spring is being re-opened and extended until September 29, 2023.; this is also available through the Survey Page on the district website. An additional reminder will follow in September, prior to closure of the survey.
