Students from Siuslaw School District are participating in Regional Oregon Battle of the Books Regional Tournaments on Saturday, April 9 and Saturday, April 16. Siuslaw Elementary School students (McKenna Jones, Chloe Bilbrey, Afton Linton, Macie Moore, and Maren Hughes, alternate) and Siuslaw Middle School students (Abigail Jones, Seamus Burke, Vanessa Nobles, Darrell 'Gage' Mills, and Braylon Evans) are participating April 9. Siuslaw High School students (Jane Wilks, Berkley Tregoning, Daniel Gorbett, Lillie Leland, and Darcy Edman, alternate) are participating April 16. We thank our school coaches at each site! The first session starts at 6:30 p.m. and the second starts at 7 p.m. These are repeated events intended to accommodate as many schedules as possible.
